I called for the emergency plumber when the water main inside the house sprung a leak. James turned up on time at 6.00pm. He was cheerful and competent, he sized up the job, explained what he planned to do and set to work. He did an excellent job in a slightly difficult situation remaining positive throughout. He is an asset to the company and to his customers. I wish he lived closer, I'd happily employ him again.

Burtons replaced my bathroom sink fitting a mixer tap, upgraded my cistern to dual flush and fitted a mixer tap to my bath. All dealings with the office were by email, all very professional and polite. The plumbers were really nice, great communication and efficient. Work completed to very high standard. Would definitely use again.

Great service from Burtons Plumbing. They gave a slot of between 8am and 1pm and their engineer James turned up on time at 8am, so very pleased with their punctuality. It turned out to be a small job which they fixed fairly quickly and I have now had some more quotes from them for further works around the property. Based on first impressions, I would highly recommend.

Craig and Paul from Burtonsmith were sent to investigate and repair a suspected leak on my mains water supply through my Homeserve insurance. They arrived promptly and identified and repaired the leak within 2 hours. Digging down approximately 1meter, locating the leak, repairing it and replacing the soil as though nothing had been disturbed. Craig prefers coffee and Paul likes tea!!!

Scott and Paul were friendly, helpful and worked quickly and efficiently in the dark and wet to fix a split water main. They made very little mess and cleaned everything up afterwards. They checked everything was working afterwards. Would certainly recommend them.

Locate and repair leak in underfloor pipe. This was a challenging job and there were not many takers for it. James was an absolute gem. He faced two difficult issues which he overcame without flustering. A good professional job without any faffing about and totally cleaned up everything after. They are on my "Call again list"

Rudy effectively identified and resolved the issue. He communicated well and kept us informed at every stage so that we were aware of what was going on. Despite being in a tricky area in the congested roof void above the ceiling. He tried to keep all impact to a minimum and sought to replace the pipe without too much collateral damage to the ceiling.
